language/common.php in falschem Format gespeichert

Hallo,

ich habe die language/xy/common.php im normalen Windows Editor bearbeitet und gespeichert.

Jetzt taucht folgendes Problem auf:

Im Forum steht oben:

So, habe daraufhin den Inhalt der Language Datei über Copy und Paste in Weaverslave kopiert und von dort aus gespeichert. Dann taucht das Problem mit dem "cannot modify header information" nicht mehr auf, dafür aber Karos für alle Umlaute und Sonderzeichen.

Wie bekomme ich denn die Language Datei wieder richtig gesepichert?

Und außerdem, wo kann ich den phpBB Debug Mode im ACP ausstellen?

Dort ist ein Programm erwähnt, womit man die Dateien im richtigen Format speichern kann.
