date.timezone Fehler

Hallo,
ich habe die aktuellste phpBB Deutsch 3.0.8 installiert, soweit alles gut jetzt habe ich nach der Installation diesen Fehler.

Ich habe bereits die suche benutzt und diesen Beitrag gefunden.

Soweit so gut jedenfalls habe ich die php.ini bearbeitet und habe die timezone gesetzt
hier ein auschnitt.

date.timezone = Europe/Paris

Leider wird mir der Fehler immer noch angezeigt.
Woran kann das noch liegen ?

Ich benutze die neuste php/mysql Version das System ist ganz frisch heute aufgesetzt.

den Webserver hast Du nach der Änderung an der php.ini neu gestartet ?

Nein habe ich nicht, werde ich gleich ausprobieren.

Gesagt getan ... das war es ein einfacher Reboot hat gefehlt.
Ich danke dir für deine hilfe. Hätte ich auch selbst drauf kommen können
