habs schon mit
undREPAIR TABLE phpbb_4sessions;
versucht, bringt aber nichts, weiss jemand mal wieder rat?REPAIR TABLE phpbb_4topics_track;
und vielleicht wie man solche fehler vorbeugen kann und warum sie immer kommen?
