captcha verbugt

Hallo Liebe Comunity.
Mal wieder ein Problem auf meinem Board. Dieses besteht darin, dass der captcha bei mir nicht funktioniert. Wenn man sich auf meinem Forum regestrieren möchte, sieht es so aus: http://hentaiz.bplaced.net/forum/ucp.php?mode=register (nachdem Ihr auf einverstanden geklickt habt, werdet ihr folgende Fehlermeldung sehen)

Diese Fehlermeldung erscheint auch im Adminbereich wenn ich versuche auf CAPTCHA-Modul-Einstellungen zuzugreifen.
Kann mir jemand sagen, was ich tun kann um das Problem zu lößen?

Hallo. Danke für deine schnelle Antwort.
Das hat zwar das Registrieren neuer Nutzer behoben, aber nicht den fehelr wenn ich auf Captcha Modul einstellungen gehe.
Bekomme da immer folgenden Fehlercode

Sicher daß du das "&" an der richtigen Stelle entfernt hast? File hochgeladen und Cache geleert?

Ja, ich bin mir sicher. Das problem mit dem regestrieren war danach wie gesagt behoben aber nicht das wenn ich auf Captcha Modul einstellungen gehe.
