Hilfe bei Update auf 3.0.9 "500 Internal Server Error"

Hallo Leute,

habe die Version 3.0.8 oben und wollte auf 3.0.9 updaten, da bekomme ich immer folgenden Fehler:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Wißt ihr vielleicht, an was das liegen könnte? Es kommt jedes mal, wenn er die Dateien überprüft bzw. überprüfen will.

ich danke dir für die Hilfe. Hat super funktioniert.

Nur als Kurzfassung: ich habe meinen Homepageanbieter angeschrieben und der hat den Timeout 2 mal geändert, bis ich das Update installieren konnte.
