Sobald ich alles einegebe und bei Erweiterte Einstellungen auf Nächsten Schritt
klicke Läd die seite nicht und ich kann von vorne anfangen woran leigt dies?

Hallo (so viel Zeit muss sein !),
das ist Dein zweiter oder inzwischen n+x-ter Installationsversuch mit dem identischen Präfix ( phpbb_ ) !

Lösung : Tabellen der Datenbank löschen (empfohlen) oder anderen Präfix (nicht empfohlen) verwenden.
