Global announcement MOD

Hallo habe versucht den Global announcement MOD zu installieren, soweit so gut, aber wenn ich jetzt in meinem Forum auf einen Topic gehen will kommst folgende Fehlermeldung:

Habe phpbb 2.0.15, global Topic MOD und jetzt eben dieses Problem. Habe auch schon versucht es selbst hinzubekommen, aber keine Chance!

Hat den keiner irgendeinen Tip oder ne Hilfe??????

Dort fehlen, wenn ich mich nicht irren sollte, doppelte Anführungsstriche vor und nach der 10.

Also so: "10"
