Vielleicht kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, wonach ich suchen muss:
Ich möchte mein Forum einbinden, also oben ein Logo und einen Text drüber machen und unten eine Leiste mit Links. Dazwischen soll dann ganz normal das Forum sein. Muss ich mich nun mit Templates oder Stylesheets beschäftigen oder wonach muss ich im Forum suchen?

Sehr schön, danke - der erste Link war das was ich suchte. Habe die ganze Zeit nach was falschem gesucht. Jetzt habe ich nur eine kleine Frage: Und zwar habe ich den Header nun verändert: http://www.city-gate.net/deutschland/ aber ich hätte das Logo gern über den Bedienfeldern und dafür auf die foreneigene Überschrift verzichtet. Das ist sicherlich nur eine Sache des Verschiebens aber bei mir landet es immer da wo es ist oder im grauen Bereich oberhalb des Forums.

Sehr schön, danke - der erste Link war das was ich suchte. Habe die ganze Zeit nach was falschem gesucht. Jetzt habe ich nur eine kleine Frage: Und zwar habe ich den Header nun verändert: http://www.city-gate.net/deutschland/ aber ich hätte das Logo gern über den Bedienfeldern und dafür auf die foreneigene Überschrift verzichtet. Das ist sicherlich nur eine Sache des Verschiebens aber bei mir landet es immer da wo es ist oder im grauen Bereich oberhalb des Forums.

Also eigentlich musst du in der Datei overall_header nur 2 Dinge ändern:
1) rausnehmen
2)suchen und durch ersetzen.
basiert jetzt allerdings auf der subSilver Sache... Wenn du es für ein anderes Template brauchst, dann verlink mir mal deine overall_header.tpl... nicht reinkopieren, sondern verlinken, gell
PS: Ich würde den Megatext, den du da am Anfang hast... nicht so präsentieren, sondern in ein Topic packen... du kannst ja den Anfang hinschreiben und dann einen link mit der bezeichnung "mehr" hinpacken, wo sie dann ins topic reinkommen, nur so ist es ziemlich schlagend, man sucht einen Link um ins Forum zu kommen, dabei ist man schon drin...

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob deine Vorschläge das ändern, was ich ändern will. Also das phpBB-Logo oben links will ich gar nicht haben. Da soll gar kein Logo sein aber der Link soll bleiben, weil das vom Admin-Menü aus günstig ist.
Ich möchte nur das Logo "deutschland.jpg" etwas höher haben, nämlich ganz oben aber noch im Weißen. Unter dem Logo sollen dann die Bedienfelder "suchen", "registrieren" etc. sein und die Überschrift selbst soll weg. Wenn ich deinen Vorschlag richtig verstehe, ersetze ich dadurch die Überschrift durch das Logo (phpbb.gif). Das wäre auch okay, denn ich könnte ja die Datei deutschland.jpg über die phpbb.gif überschreiben. Nur: Das ist eine bildschirmbreite Datei. Und im Admin-Menü habe ich ja üblicherweise oben links auch die phpbb.gif. Wenn die nun auch bildschirmbreit ist...
Und was geschieht eigentlich mit der Stelle über dem Board, wo sonst das Logo wäre? Ich will es ja nicht zweimal haben. Ginge es nicht, wenn ich den Eintrag

also du brauchst das logo das da ist absolut gar nicht. glaub mir... im adminmenü bleibt trotzdem eins drin

Wunderprächtig. Wir sind nahe dran. Jetzt müsste ich nur noch wissen, wie ich die Bedienelemente unter das Logo kriege und dann ist alles paletti. Mit den für html üblichen Befehlen geht es irgendwie nicht. Der Link nochmal:
