dort hat man unter Read Only das recht Themen und Foren anzusehen, aber nicht zu posten.

"Permission"--->"Groups’ forum permissions"--->"Look up usergroup: Guests"--->"Select a forum: All forum"
dort hat jedes Forum Read Only Recht
3.
"Permission"--->"forum permissions"--->"Manage groups: Guests"
dort hat jedes Forum Read Only Recht

"User and Groups"--->"Groups’ forum permissions"--->"Look up usergroup: Guests"--->"Select a forum: All Forum"

Da steht einfach "This board has no forums."
